Sweet tasting food (dulses) in Rhodesli custom auger a season of abundance and joy for all. The traditional Rosh Hashana table is laden with handcrafted marzipan (masapan), lemon fondant (sharope), candied pumpkin (dulse de kalavasa), date filled shortbread (menenas), meringues (ashuplados), almond semolina cake in citrus honey syrup (shamali) and other heavenly sweet indulgences.
