What an absolute treat it has been to have my family here in Zimbabwe this week. We have spent quality time at home—in the garden picking vegetables, in the kitchen cooking and around the dinner table with dear friends — but also nurturing my granddaughter’s social enterprise, Moio. Gemma led an intergenerational beading and empowerment program for women in Mabvuku, a high density suburb of Harare and I couldn’t be more proud of her dedication and beautiful heart. (Please follow her on Instagram @shopmoio and check out her site: www.moio.love). The week went by too quickly and I dread the goodbyes, but I’m so grateful for the time we had together. I will cherish it always.
