Most Sephardic households from Rhodes Island have a stash of crunchy biscuits on hand, which may be either pretzel shaped, sesame-studded Reshikas or bracelet-shaped, cinnamon sugared Biskotchos.
These traditional biscuits made with fresh orange have been a favorite for generations, and are an ideal not-too-sweet nibble offered with tea or simply dunked in Turkish coffee.
