Tomatoes and Onions Stuffed with Meat

This is one of my family’s favourite stuffed vegetable dishes that often appears at Shabbat.
Tomatoes and onions hollowed out, stuffed with a delicious savoury ground beef filling, and baked make a gorgeous and tasty main dish for the summer season when tomatoes are abundant and at their peak.
